About Us

Damascus Equine Associates is a group of independent practitioners who work together to provide twenty-four hour, seven day a week emergency service to our clients.  With each doctor having an area of interest and specialization, we can offer a variety of services within our group.

Dr. Roger Scullin began an equine practice in Montgomery County in 1970 after serving in the Army.  During his first year in practice, Peter Radue rode along with Dr. Scullin during high school.

In 1979, Dr. Peter Radue joined him to form Damascus Equine Associates after finishing a one year internship in large animal surgery.
