Members of Damascus Equine Associates share a clinic located in Mount Airy, Maryland. The clinic offers two exam rooms, a holding stall, stocks and a riding ring, allowing the veterinarians to perform an array of diagnostic and treatment capabilities including:

The Damascus Equine Associates clinic is a converted dairy barn on Radue family’s property in Mount Airy, Maryland.  The barn was originally built in 1953 and stood unused for many years before being converted into the current clinic.

Planning for the clinic began in 2003 with construction finishing in 2005.

Directions from Damascus, MD

  • From the intersection of Route 108 (Main Street) and Route 27 (Ridge Road) in Damascus, take Rt. 108 East.
  • Turn left onto Howard Chapel Drive.
  • Follow Howard Chapel for 1.7 miles.
  • At stop sign, turn Right onto Gue Road.
  • At next stop sign, turn Left onto Long Corner Road.
  • Follow Long Corner for 1.8 miles to 1941 on Right.

Directions from Mount Airy, MD

  • From Route I-70 in Mount Airy, take Rt. 27 (Ridge Road) South.
  • Turn left onto Penn Shop Road.
    Follow Penn Shop for 1.6 miles.
  • Enter Roundabout and take 1st exit onto Long Corner Road.
  • Follow Long Corner Road for 1.4 miles to 1941 on Left.
